V for Vendetta

I’ve always been fascinated by Alan Moore and David Lloyd’s work is one of those rare stories where art and politics feel inseparable, and V is the beating heart of it: a character who is more idea than man, theatrical and unsettling, yet somehow deeply human. That mask is pure genius. A smile frozen in place, hiding everything and saying everything at once. I wanted to capture that mix of mystery, defiance and poetry in this portrait, as a small tribute to a character that taught me how powerful a symbol can be.

Everybody is special. Everybody. Everybody is a hero, a lover, a fool, a villain. Everybody. Everybody has their story to tell.
